PREPARAZIONE
Preparare l’impasto con farina e acqua, aggiungere la pasta lievitata preparata con acqua calda, lievito madre, farina e un pizzico di sale. Lasciare lievitare per almeno 12 ore. Stendere dei dischi di circa 35 cm e farcire con pomodoro, mozzarella a dadini, foglie di basilico, sale, olio e parmigiano/pecorino grattugiato.
